codeWord
codeWord is souped-up version of the CodePress editor and allow you to edit your WordPress themes in beautiful, syntax coloured, line numbered, auto-completing code from right inside your admin panel.
I have built codeWord for my Google Summer of Code project and as such it is not fully developed yet, but will be released in early September.
